Commission Request Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in commissioning a unique and personalized art piece from Amanda Peterson Fine Art. I understand that commissioning artwork can be an exciting and meaningful experience, and am here to guide you through the process. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration:
1. Conceptualize Your Vision
Before submitting a request, take some time to conceptualize your vision for the commissioned art piece. Consider the subject matter, style, size, and any specific elements or details you would like to include. It is helpful to gather inspiration and references to convey your ideas effectively. Please note that if the requested piece does not fit my style, or is not something I am interested in pursuing, or does not fit into a manageable timeframe for my family, your request may be denied.
2. Contact Me
Once you have a clear vision in mind, please reach out through my contact page or email. Provide a brief description of your project, including the desired size, medium, and any other relevant details. Please also include one or multiple reference photos. I will respond promptly to discuss your ideas further.
3. Collaborate with the Artist
Upon receiving your request, I will schedule a consultation to discuss your vision in more detail. This collaborative process allows me to understand your preferences, offer suggestions, and ensure that we are aligned in creating a piece that exceeds your expectations.
4. Proposal and Agreement
Based on our consultation, I will provide you with a proposal outlining the scope of the project, including the estimated timeline, cost, and any additional terms or conditions. Once you approve the proposal, we will proceed with the creation of your commissioned art piece.
5. Payment and Production
Prior to starting the artwork, I require a deposit as specified in the agreement. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the piece. Throughout the production process, I will keep you updated on the progress and share any necessary revisions or adjustments for your approval.
6. Delivery and Satisfaction
Once the artwork is completed, I will carefully package it to ensure safe delivery to your designated address. I take pride in my craftsmanship and strive for your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the final piece, please let me know, and I will work with you to address any concerns.
Commissioning a custom art piece is a unique opportunity to bring your vision to life and own a one-of-a-kind creation. I value your trust in our artistic expertise and look forward to collaborating with you to create a meaningful and cherished artwork.
